Hospitality Revenue Manager (0.75 to 1 FTE)
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum for a fulltime position.

A great opportunity to join the hospitality businesses of St Aubyn Estates as Hospitality Revenue Manager. We are looking for someone that has experience in hospitality management, a flair for marketing, commercial acumen and a drive to create new revenue business in our two hotels – the Godolphin Arms and the Mount Haven Hotel. You will be expected to work across the two hotels and will be responsible for the hotels occupancy percentages and average rates, ensuring they are increasing year on year and that budgets are met in line with this. You will be responsible for maximising overall revenue and market share, proactively seek out new businesses, raising the profile of the hotels, and in addition will be responsible for event sales and bespoke packages at the Godolphin Arms and Mount Haven Hotel.

We are looking for an ambitious individual, and it is essential that you have sales experience, ideally in a hospitality environment. The position will work closely with the St Aubyn Estates Head of Marketing, General Manager – Mount Haven, and the General Manager – Godolphin Arms.

The Mount Haven Hotel is a 19 bedroom boutique hotel with a 40 cover restaurant, and the Godolphin Arms is a 300 cover restaurant with 10 rooms. Located in the stunning beachside location of Marazion, with St Michael’s Mount as the backdrop, this is a perfect role for the right person looking to further their career in hospitality, marketing and sales.
